looking for drummer and others into Teenage Fanclub and Sparklehorse

Hello NY! I've started writing and recording a ton of music over the past year and think it's at a place to open it up to other folks while I start putting all the pieces together. The stuff I’ve been writing I’d say is a bit of a mix of: Yo La Tengo, Sparklehorse, Grandaddy, with Teenage Fanclub, GBV, and The Glands kind of vibes. Loud, lo-fi, but melodic. I’ve been playing with another guitarist / songwriter and now looking for a drummer (and others!) to start laying the groundwork for shows and future recordings. Ideally we’d love to collaborate with someone who equally loves to get loud / fast but also up for getting very quiet an vibey. A knowledge of beats, samples, etc and willingness to experiment would also be incredible but not essential! Trying to expand beyond just rawk :) Low commitment and pressure. I’d love to record, write and do some shows and see where it goes from there. We’re in our early 30s / late 20s if that matters… Happy to send some tunes upon request.
