I need some help configuring Ableton/Melodyne

Hi guys, I'm a local female singer songwriter. I'm having some trouble getting the Ableton 11 to display the audio packs and a Melodyne plug in. I can meet you at a coffee shop in Denver or the Springs if you can help me configure it on my HP laptop. I'm willing to throw a bit of $ your way for the time and trouble. This isn't my first time using Ableton, I just can't get this latest version to be my friend.... Thank you.
