FICMRepair.com Operations guru - Order Processing, Inventory, Tech, Customer Relations, etc. Location: Cumming - Right off I-35; a quick 10 minute drive from WDM, Norwalk, the South Side, etc. Compensation: DOE / $15+hr to start, increase at 60 days with additional increases based on merit/performance. (We typically work 45hrs a week so even at the starting wage you'd be just over $37.5K annual) Type: full-time & permanent Job title: Operations Team Rep Hours: 9-6pm Mon-Fri (Weekends Off!!) About Us: We're an e-commerce operation specializing in diesel truck/pickup parts/accessories, tuning and electronic module repair. Whatever your current skill and knowledge level, this position is guaranteed to require you to learn. Parts, upgrades, tuners, monitors, electronic modules, model year changes, engine builds, transmissions, alternators, wiring...... There is A LOT to know. If you're looking for some lazy days hanging around the coffee pot this probably isn't a good fit. We keep busy and hustle from bell to bell, so if you're bright and seeking a position that will challenge your mind every day this may be a good fit. What's an "ideal" candidate? a) Reliable - Solid attendance is a non-negotiable requirement b) Problem Solving - the job itself will test your general capacity and cognitive functioning. We need someone sharp. c) Forward thinking - we're looking to grow the business, and someone that can contribute in that arena is desired d) Dynamic - someone with a solid blend of hands-on mechanical and administrative skills. Someone who's a bit of an office guru but equally comfortable pulling parts, packing boxes and processing inbound and outbound shipping. e) Mechanically informed - A basic working knowledge of general automotive and mechanical concepts, parts, and repairs is desired. f) Sales/Service oriented - Well-rounded sales and customer service skills will serve you well in this job. Individuals that may not have all the skills/abilities listed above but are bright and eager to learn will be considered. In reality, the key components are intelligence, maturity, and determination. With those, you can't fail. "Must Haves" a) A solid work history demonstrating commitment, performance and dependability. Applicants should have at least 2+ years with a single employer, at some point within the last 5 years. b) Someone willing and able to work 45hrs a week. c) Computer savvy - we process sales orders, packing slips, invoices, purchase orders, update the web site, interface with vendors and customers in person and via e-mail. We use a variety of web based portal platforms and general office machines every day. d) Physically Able: Must be able to able to lift up to 50lbs, kneel, bend and reach e) Amicable - Must be able to get along with co-workers and management and maintain a fair amount of emotional stability.
