Handyman with Electrical Experience

Looking for a handyman who is knowledgeable and proficient with electrical troubleshooting and repairs to do some electrical troubleshooting and repairs on some "work" done by a previous tenant. It looks like the line for the refrigerator was tapped for another outlet. We'd like to make sure that refrigerators in the back and front unit in the same building are on a dedicated circuit. There is a receptacle that not working that needs to be troubleshooted.
