We are looking for investor funding, not brokers, to purchase large trailer parks throughout Georgia and the United States. You will have first position on the financing. We are an existing business, not a start up. We always put 20% into a deal and do a 75% refinance ASAP. You will be repaid as quickly as possible. No games. Debt financing only. No equity is being offered.
