Our company has 10 large apartment properties in Columbus about 40 in Ohio and 300 across the middle U.S. We're big and that means we have the resources to really take care of our people - people just like you are on our Teams. (Ask me about it!) - PTO - Paid Time Off in your first year with us - FREE Tech Training, Certifications AND College Tuition Assistance Reimbursement - Bonuses - $200 Tool Reimbursement pay - $100 Boot Reimbursement pay - And More Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Completes work orders assigned - Every day you'll have new and interesting challenges • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Preventative maintenance as assigned • Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • 1+ years' maintenance related experience - skilled trades, construction and related • Dry walling including painting and carpentry • Basic knowledge of plumbing • Basic knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures Requires: Valid drivers license.
