Elderly wounded veteran needs plumber

There is a wounded elderly veteran with the beginning stages of Alzheimer's in need of a plumber to volunteer to unclog his upstairs toilet he cannot afford a professional plumber and I am a female and tried everything to to fix it to no avail I believe it's pretty simple for the right person that knows what he is doing if upon assessing it it's a difficult task or requires more than just unclogging then you can just walk away but please at least look at it and help him thank you very much
