Description

Looking for Handyman / Helper to assist with basic light maintenance for small apartment complex. Work will include all season yard maintenance, trimming, mulching, general yardwork, light carpentry repair, sheetrock repair, preparation for painting, painting and common area cleaning. This is a permanent part time position with flexible days and flexible hours averaging about five hours per week. Work will be performed with Owner and independently.
