I need someone discreet and experienced in some kind of investigations. Should be unafraid of approaching people and asking for information. Looking for somebody with a keen sense of right and wrong, willing to pursue leads wherever they end up. I'm thinking two to four hours per week for an independent period. (If it was obvious it would already be done.) Knowledge of property records desirable but not required.
