Description
Cobalt real Estate Services is a Commercial Real Estate Maintenance company.
We re currently looking for an EXPERIENCED full time groundskeeper (This is not a landscape job).
Must have reliable transportation. (pick up truck preferred)
You will be responsible to drive throughout the Dallas, Garland, Irving and Rowlette areas to clean parking lots.
Must be able to work night (early morning) and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license and social security card.
Fuel and oil changes are paid for by the company. Medical, dental and vision 50% paid by company after 90 days of employment.
