Janitorial Sub-Contractors needed to service accounts in Bergen, Passaic and Hudson Counties in NJ. Se busca Contractadores Independente, que tienen experiencia con limpieza Commerciales. We are a building management company that provides janitorial and building maintenance services to commercial properties. Property size ranges from 1,500 square feet to 500,000+ square feet, mostly after 6 PM. Other services we are looking for are strip and wax, day porters, carpet cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, painting, handyman, landscaping, post construction cleaning and detailed cleaning. General Liability and Workman's Comp Insurance will be required, but not needed for initial meeting. Guaranteed payment on the 10th of each month. Looking forward to hearing from you.
