Music Rehearsal Space to Share

Hello good musicians of craigslist, I have a year lease on a high quality music rehearsal space, in a new development on Bedford and Fulton Ave, steps from the A, C, and S lines. I am looking to share this rehearsal space with another reliable musician who is a good communicator, and looking for a longer-term share (we can do short-term at first to make sure it's a good fit, but looking for someone who is interested in sharing for 3+ months ideally). The space is 16' x 14', ~220 square feet. I signed the lease after looking at a lot of similar spaces at Bandspaces, DanBro, etc. and finding this space to be the best bang for the buck. There are double doors for soundproofing, a nice kitchen, good bathrooms, and neighbors who are professional musicians and producers. A coffee shop is right upstairs, and there is a nearby park. Rent is $1000 total for the room, looking for someone to share that even, or with me covering slightly more. I am looking for someone who is interested in using the space on weekdays after 3pm, and weekends. I would like to use the space weekday mornings, ideally until around 3pm. I recently moved a quality upright piano in into the space, and also have a high quality sound system and mixer, subwoofer, and lots of random instruments stored on shelving. It's a sweet setup.
