I have a room available for a musician that is looking for a place that he or she can practice. It’s a home in a neighborhood so practice is limited to light duty simi- Acustic and reasonable midrange volume. I play drums and a little bass. I’m older and would prefer someone that is compatible and would be down for occasionally doing some collective practice/ jam. Rent is $500 plus 1/2 of utilities.
