Day and Night Shifts available: (410 561-4999 Production associate Job Responsibilities: Processes Debone, Breast Trim/Packout, Party Wings, and Tenders departments Put a cone on the moving line. Using a knife, cut the wing from the breast. Pull the skin from the breast. Using a knife, score the tenders from the ribs. Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin then toss fillet on the moving conveyor Required Qualifications : Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company. Able to stand for several hours. Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
