Job responsibilities include: repair and maintenance of interior and exterior apartment buildings and residential homes while following the standards for quality, integrity, cleanliness, tenant satisfaction and safety.Responsibilities include: Perform routine maintenance such as painting, general repairs, and cleaning Preventative maintenance programs Ability to perform minor repairs to plumbing and electrical Minimum experience:At least 5 years of related general repair experience preferred Must be flexible in hours and days worked Must have transportation and valid driver’s license Own standard set of tools to perform all the above trades Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of:Maintenance,Carpentry,Plumbing,Flooring,Sheetrock/Plywood repair etc. Must be reliable and punctual. other general repair skills Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must have very good organization and time management skills Ability to pass a Background check and drug screen Work locations throughout RI Can start immediately as an independent contractor.
