Rehoming My Beautiful Black Cat

I need to rehome my black Egyptian mua. Hes a little over 3 years old and he is a pure bred. I've had him since he was a kitten and hes very friendly but can be a little shy sometimes. I have 4 young kids and he's never scratched any of them ever. I really dont want to rehome him because hes a great cat and I really do love him a lot but it turns out my 1 year old is allergic to him. I have a small rehoming fee to cover his belongings like his litter box and food. Also I want to make sure he goes to a good home especially because black cats don't always get treated so nicely. I really do love him and it breaks my heart to have to do this.
