Construction company seeking Concrete Form Setter. Experience is strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Experience working with hand and power tools required. We offer a consistent work schedule, competitive pay based on experience, and paid time off. Will be under general supervision, is responsible for performing skilled work in foundation layout. Must be reliable and self-motivated, contribute to the Team effort for success by working wherever they are needed when they are available. Requirements: • Skill in using carpentry tools and equipment. • Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications. • Ability to perform all physical requirements of the position • Able to set realistic deadlines and follow up to ensure quality results • Able to successfully operate correctly and train the operation of any piece of equipment on their job • Able to work outside requiring tolerance of outside temperatures including excess heat, cold and precipitation • Able to anticipate problems on the job before they happen in order to avoid wasted time and materials • Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks Duties: • Can shoot grades and elevations • Get steel tied • Performs light concrete finishing. • Excavates and preps for concrete forms. • Able to work with hand tools such as handsaws, sledgehammers, hammer drills, and general construction tools. • Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required. • Bob-cat operator experience is a plus Benefits: • 401(k) • Paid time off • Bonus pay Schedule: • Monday to Friday with O/T • 8-hour shift • Weekend availability Experience: • Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Based on Experience Will Train!!
