Handy man with laddar needed

I need a sign fixed on the first floor in front of the shop It fell down only on one word (see pictures) - W needs to be glued and screwed back in I need it glued, screwed and put back urgently. And need metal floors done for the Regfrigerator, will provide metal floors, glue material to finish it off and seal it All in one day $300 for whole job and or $100 for the sign ( i do not have a laddar otherwise its pretty fast)
