My foster hospice dog was very happy in this car seat. My latest fur baby didn't like it so I got her a different one. This seat is like new; it's been riding around in my trunk for years. The color is brown. I just washed the fleece liner but I'll reassemble the seat prior to pickup. I used it with a towel inside to further cushion it.
