Keep all keys organized and in check
Maintain both indoor and outdoor spaces
Periodically check HVAC rooms in both towers
Meet with all vendors/contractors that come in, keep notes
Periodically check on the daycare building off of 42nd street
Keep check of all building tools and equipment
Keep general area organized
● Plumbing
Storm drain repairs
Toilet/Urinal and sink repairs
Water Cooler Repair
● HVAC
Be familiar with Trane system, know how to operate
Diagnose/repair HVAC related activities including pipes and panels
Be familiar with how the system works and operates
● Electrical
Lighting configurations - ability to rewire/direct wire fixtures
Ability to swap wall switches and outlets as well as Light bulbs
Be familiar with all electrical panels and what they power
Know how to be safe on your own
● Janitorial
Mopping/dusting/sweeping of all floors as necessary
General cleaning and dusting
Window washing
Vacuuming when necessary
Maintaining/Improving general cleanliness of space as you go
● Outdoor
Responsible for mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, weed spraying, and
grounds cleanup on the entire, 56 acre property
Plowing/snow blowing when necessary, this includes both of the city walks
Salting when necessary
Responsible for the condition of all associated equipment
● General
Wallpaper seam repair using a commercial steamer
Remodeling - kitchenettes
Ceiling tile cutting and replacement
Carpet tiles cutting and replacement
