This studio is on the 2nd floor of 154 Scott Ave in Brooklyn. The soundproofing isn't perfect but the space is quiet and is a great place to mix or record as well as rehearse. A four-piece band can comfortably rehearse and record here. I'm a touring engineer so I'm in and out of NY. When I'm here, I'm in the studio around 30 hours a week. When I'm on the road, I'm not. Last year I was gone more than 8 months in total so lots of time can be yours. This would be a shared calendar space where we work together to make sure we each have equal time.
