Job Description Summary: Pinpoint is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, experienced, and motivated individual with a history of success and a passion for how great marketing and ideas can create meaningful connections between consumers, companies, and brands. You will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of installation and shop work from ideation, planning, and prioritizing tasks while working with a team of professionals to meet customers and company goals. As a Signage & Vinyl Graphics Installer, you will be responsible for internal and external installation projects, running and maintaining the production machines, testing new substrates, and various tasks associated with vinyl graphics. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of installation within the vinyl graphics and signage department including internal installations, and off-site installations both in-state and out-of-state Responsible for assisting the production team as needed within the vinyl graphics and signage department, including but not limited to, laminating, assembly, and packing Responsible for conducting detailed field surveys as needed Responsible for adhering to production schedules and providing status updates to management to communicate project progress, concerns, and timelines Manage and correct any problems with projects in a timely and professional manner Remain current on industry trends, products, substrates, installation techniques, and technology Skills and requirements needed to succeed: Minimum 4 years of installation experience including vehicle graphics, vinyl applications, wall murals and signs Avery Certified or similar is preferred Experience with standard hand and power tools Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as needed Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred Ability to provide creative yet practical solutions to problems on the on-job site Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that requires rapid turn-around times and focus Ability to work in high-elevated environments efficiently and comfortably Ability to easily lift 50lbs OSHA 10 Certified, lift operator certified, and DOT medical card preferred Must have a clean driving record with the capability to drive a company vehicle Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and exceptional organizational and project management skills Must have a positive and professional attitude with high energy, yet level-headed personality with a “can-do” attitude Who this job is not right for: Someone who does not play well with others.
