We are looking to place our female Dane mix, roughly 60-70 pounds. She’s not huge but not small. I will send pictures but only to serious potential homes after you’ve been vetted a bit. I will only place her in the best home! She’s not a toy and not garbage! She’s a amazing dog, extremely smart/clever, knows her commands and listens well both on and off leash, house and kennel trained. She’s been in a home with dogs her bf is a Saint Bernard, birds, rat, goats, chickens, cats. She can sleep out of her kennel without issues and would prefer you have kids. She absolutely adores our daughter! She’ll play catch until your arm falls off and will not come back without her ball, if it takes an hour searching then it takes an hour but she will find the ball. You ask her to drop it she will. We are looking to place her bc in the last year her prey drive is a bit to much for the animals I have. She has hurt a chicken but please remember she’s a dog. Our daughter was outside when it happened and is now afraid of her unfortunately. She would do best in a home where you either have land or hike. I would prefer a home without really small animals or chickens. She respects her underground fence and her human! She wants to be with you as much as possible. Re home fee is something I’m thinking about and to make sure you aren’t taking her for something horrible I am going to ask for one. She will come with her kennel, her winter coat, leash etc. i feel like for the right person we can work together. She really is something special and it’s unfortunate it’s come to this! Please tell me about you your family and home/lifestyle. I should add the chicken ran from her in fear and she ran after it grabbed it and unfortunately punctuated it in the side. I don’t think she was meaning to actually hurt it. I think she thought it was playing and it’s the first time she’s grabbed one. She normally just runs the fence and scares them. I’m not willing to take a chance being my kids afraid.
