I have a 30 ft 5th wheel I'm looking to sell. It has a brand new AC, great condition, 1 slide out NO LEAKS. I bought it over the summer for 9k. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I wanted to remodel and update it to eventually live in full time by myself. I did rip out the carpet to start prepping for vinyl flooring so right now it has a bare floor but the wood is in excellent shape, I really wanted t update and make it more coastal like. Unfortunately, I am going through a divorce and I do not have any time or the finances to do what I need on a short amount of time. I need to live in it. I can't store things in it due to reasons of being able to turn it into what I dreamed. I'm hoping someone out there would be willing to trade I know once the flooring was put in it can be sold at the very least 12k?? It's livable now but I'm afraid because I work 62 hours a week I won't have any time.
