Looking to FORM a band NOT join a band

I am a seasoned musician with all professional gear including PA, drums, mikes, guitars, amps, keyboards, etc. As a keyboard player I can play all types of material ranging from BonJovi, Elton John, Bad English, Van Halen, etc. I am also a guitar player Lead/Rhythm most style of Dokken, Van Halen, Blues, etc. Also a lead vocalist but would like to share the leads with another player. Ideally, I would like to do original only but no places to play on a regular basis. So, would like to do an original/cover band if possible. Played for years as a 3 pc unit but open for suggestions for the right band members. On the keyboard end, I am open to doing a dance/funk band. Previously played KC & the sunshine band, Earth wind and fire, blues, oldies(50's), Kool and the gang, elton john, stuff like that. Did that for many years as well. It all depends on who is on the same page to put a "serious" band together. I have a place to rehearse. Week nights are best for me. Not interested in musicians that just want to jam at this time.
