Maintenance Position

We are currently looking for a maintenance guy who will be responsible for repairs on long term rental properties. These repairs could range from painting, to fixing a leaking faucet, pressure washing, to small repairs after a move out. Your job could and probably will change from day to day, house to house. The person interested in this position will need their own tools for the most part as well as their own vehicle. You will need to pull a trailer from time to time or haul a piece of Sheetrock, refer back to the job will change from day to day. Applicant will need to obtain an LLC if they don’t already have one. This is Monday-Friday for the most part. Every now and then we may get an emergency call on a weekend. Most things can wait until Monday. Properties are located between Lynn Haven and Parker.
