Replace subfloor in entire apartment

I am looking for someone to install 3/4 OSB subfloor for a basement apartment in order to replace the old subfloor that was destroyed in a flood last year. The apartment is roughly 500 sq feet with a small bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. You will need to layout, fabricate and install a new level subfloor. I will provide materials you must have your own tools. Payment will be $1500 cash.
