We contract inspectors through out the states of North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee and Florida and are always looking for reliable inspectors through out those states. We are hiring Mortgage Field inspectors to do residential occupancy verification and property inspections. Experience is not required. This is a 1099 independent contractors position. www.theresolutionsgrp.com Contractors must have the following: Reliable and economical vehicle Iphone or Android with camera Printer Valid Drivers license with active car insurance coverage. Responsibilities include: Completing inspections using our Mobile App Meeting the due dates on the inspections (usually a 4-7 day turn time) Mapping an efficient route Promptly communicate with our office with any delays The ability to take quality photos using a mobile device,(non blurry photos of the complete property as well as close up photo of street sign and address) Pay per inspection is based on volume Pay is direct deposited twice a month
