We are looking to add a team member. Are you a reliable, self-motivated, and a qualified maintenance technician? Your hours are negotiable (at time of interview, we can discuss). The main office is located in New Port Richey. We have multiple properties located mainly in New Port Richey and Largo. Your day to day location and tasks will change based on needs. It might be a day turning over an apartment preparing it for a new move in, or completing preventative maintenance, or completing work orders in occupied units, or extensive repairs from damages. Must be able to pass a background check Must haves: reliable transportation, and have your own tools Skills needed: Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, drywall, bathroom and kitchen renovations, door installation, tile work. ability to bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs., squat, kneel, push, pull needed. Problem solving skills are needed. If you have any specific licenses or training, please make sure they are included in your resume.
