At Build America Luxury Homes LLC we are expanding again and seeking a experienced carpenter with residential and commercial experience with projects ranging from residential remodeling to multifamily construction projects. Our ideal candidate is a team player, customer-oriented, detail-oriented and result driven individual. Job Duties include but are not limited to: *Trim Carpenter Cabinet Installation Trimwork – Custom (crown, bookcase/shelves, stairs, etc.) Trimwork – Basic (doors, casing, base, etc.) Cabinetry ( kitchens, Vanities) Framing – Wood Framing – Metal Drywall – Hang Drywall – Texturing (orange peel, knockdown, level 5 finish, etc.) Painting Flooring ( Tile, Wood, LVF, Carpet) Product & Accessory Installs Demolition Understanding of Code Requirements Problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Pay is commensurate with the skill level. You must include a resume and provide details on your carpentry skill level and experience. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABOUT US Build America LLC, full-service design/build remodeling firm that specializes in residential remodeling new Custom Home Construction and high end Multifamily construction in Pinellas County and South Tampa Work Remotely *General Construction Laborer Job Description: Working knowledge of general labor skills Minimum of 5 years experience in Trim Carpentry Cleaning and preparing construction sites Loading and unloading materials and equipment Erecting and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures Digging trenches, compacting, and backfilling trenches/holes Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans Assisting skilled tradesmen in their duties Responsible for daily jobsite clean-up Ensure safe work environment Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors Other maintenance duties that arise Skills & Requirements: Physical strength and stamina Ability to lift 50lbs. Self-starter Positive, Can-do Attitude Open to direct instruction Flexibility for changing tasks and assignments Willingness to learn new skills and attend technical training Willingness to travel if the need arises
