We are seeking a Crew Supervisor to join our data center cleaning team in the Texas area. You will be responsible for organizing and leading a crew of technicians to clean mission-critical data centers. Work is project-based, so we need supervisors that are flexible. Must have the ability to train and manage technicians to achieve a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage a team of technicians to achieve a high level of quality Effectively communicate with onsite clients Train new technicians on proper cleaning procedures Complete paperwork related to jobs in an accurate and timely manner Organize and build crews based on job requirements Organize and maintain supplies and working condition of cleaning equipment Communicate with regional sales and operations managers ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning a plus Must pass Background Check Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Must pass MVR report Valid driver's license
