Maintenance Technician needed for multi-family property We are looking to add a highly motivated member to our team Duties include but are not limited to: Plumbing Repair HVAC preventative and regular maintenance Caulking Lock Replacement & Repair Electrical Maintenance & Repair Resident Maintenance Requests As Needed Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager Use equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools We are looking for someone serious about coming to work every day. We do have a very busy season ahead of us and would like to get you acclimated before that time comes. On-call maintenance is not mandatory, but is a major plus. Overtime approved when needed.
