Punkish Songwriter for collab/start band

My background is that I have been the lead singer/guitarist/songwriter for a string of rock/punk bands. I have been focussing on some other stuff the last few years and I am now looking to get back into it, but my tastes have definitely evolved. I would love to write with/collaborate with one or more strong songwriters. I would like to play with dissonance and harmony. I dig catchy hooks and melodies and am very into creating music with that will force people to dance and shake their booty at a live show. So maybe some ska influence? Maybe EDM mixed with rock? Something else? Let's create anarchistic radical dance parties! Synthesizer, horns, bass, drums, violin, cello, ukele, xylophone etc. electronic beats, whatever etc - I have no specific sound that I am trying to create/replicate. I am not the strongest singer so it would be awesome to have some really strong singers. In an ideal world I would like to form a band/group, write a bunch of music, record it, then perform it live and have a ton of fun. (Like everyone, right?) I am a cis white man.
