DOLCE SICILIA - Sweet Sicily
Fully immerse yourself in the Sicilian dessert culture. Chef Andrea will teach you how to make both the CANNOLI shells from scratch as well as the classic CREMA PASTICCERA, a vanilla pastry cream filling. You will also make CREAM PUFFS in addition to two famous Sicilian cookies, the FIOCCO DI NEVE, an almond flourless cookie and the DOLCE SAVOIA, a traditional cookie from Chef Andrea's hometown Ragusa.
