Chef Joe has carefully curated a very special six-course dinner focused around the honey harvested from our very own hives, which live on top of the roof at Kith and Kin. Each course will incorporate honey from our hives into the dish. Steve from Hudson Hives will spin the honey in our dining room, which will be used in our cheese course. Honey-themed cocktails and wine pairings will be available for this special evening.
Menu includes:
Amuse Bouche
Raw New England oyster on the half shell with a local honey sherry mignonette
Appetizer
Seared jumbo scallop, local slab bacon, tabasco honey vinaigrette
Salad
Butter lettuce, apples, grapes, spiced pecans, lemon honey vinaigrette
Cheese Plate
Fresh spun honey, cheese, charcuterie, grilled bread, berries
Entrée
Honey glazed smoked pork belly, pork fat roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potato puree
Dessert
New City Microcreamery Baklava ice cream, honey shortbread cookie
Alcohol and gratuity are not included in the ticket price. Tickets are $75 per person (there is an additional processing fee and MA food tax). A limited number of tickets are available and must be purchased in advance (the restaurant will be closed to the public during this ticketed event).
