Please join Sunflower Foundation and trail champions from across the state for a day of showcasing and sharing, networking and connecting. This is your chance to speak directly with your elected officials about the positive role of public trails in your community and Kansas - also your chance to hear some great speakers and hit the renowned Trail Mix Bar! The following registration form is for all participants. There is a separate process for display tables. There is limited space for these tables and we work to accommodate as many as we can. Please reach out directly to Elizabeth Burger with table questions. And remember, you do not need a table to attend – just come and enjoy the day! The goal is to fill the Capitol with as many enthusiastic trail champions as possible so our legislators understand that trails make a difference in our communities. Gov. David Toland and Mike Passo, Executive Director of American Trails (1st Floor) 10:45am – 2:30pm Trail Mix Time with Legislators Lunch and reserved seating will be available for TAD registrants. You are encouraged to invite your legislator to join you. 1:15pm – Group Photo “At The Rail” 1:30pm – Small Group Discussion w/Mike Passo; also time to schedule office appointments with your legislators. 2:30pm – Display Table Teardown Sunflower Foundation serves the entire state and we welcome partners from faraway counties.
