Dion is a Registered and Licensed dietitian specializing in developing plant-based nutrition and culinary skills. She has been in the industry for 20 years. This led her to a passion for teaching people improvement of self-care. Her philosophy is, by increasing the number of plants we eat at every meal, along with mindful eating and cooking skills, we care for ourselves. She loves empowering people by spreading the joys of eating plant-based meals produced with local foods that can be prepared quickly and easily at home. Eating more plants is health-promoting for the body and also for the planet!
