Description

There is a growing interest by many of us in how the "power of fungi" can contribute to our health and well-being. Many of us are recognizing the impact of a toxic environment on our physical and mental health. In this talk with William Padilla-Brown, we will inquire on what steps we can take, personally, and collectively to reacquaint ourselves with the eco-system of fungi, seeking insights to adopt a new "ethos" to combat the root causes of a health "trauma" so prevalent in our contemporary culture. Tickets to the event will include a special tasting of mushroom-infused elixirs and a tasting of our prized vegan cheeses.
