What is Tu B'Shvat?
Tu B’Shvat is the New Year for Trees and marks the beginning of spring in Israel, when trees begin to bloom after a long, cold winter. Today, many people celebrate this holiday by planting saplings, working in a garden, eating special fruit, or showing love for trees and the earth through other activities.
