Description
We are paying good money for any space available for housing. I am a contractor and a short-term rental host. The tenants are either workers that are in my network, or past guests who have proven to be good tenants. I only get people who have a purpose and are doing something besides sitting around all day. Most work from morning u til night and sleep on days off.
Ideally we would rent a whole house. We can pay more than $1000 for a finders fee for the right place. We also pay for apartments, townhouses, rooms, garages we can convert, or even space in a living room for bunk beds.
