If you haven’t heard of winemaker Nancy Ulloa yet, you will. Her electrifying personality is all encompassing, and her enthusiasm is infectious. She is one of those phenomenal people that from the moment you meet them, you know they’re going to be a rockstar. With such small case production, Nancy’s wines are hard to obtain and impossible to forget. Her 2021 Sèmillon from Vogelzang Vineyard embodies the joy and warmth of greeting an old friend. In this private dinner, you’ll have an opportunity to meet Nancy and experience five of Ulloa Cellar’s exquisite wines, each beautifully paired with a delicous course from Clean Slate's own, Chef Melissa Scrymgeour. Feel free to select indoor seating, or dine on our heated outdoor patio. Smaller parties may be asked to share a table.
