Free yourself in this Los Angeles spiritual and wellness activity perfect for individuals, couples, family or teams. During our time together we will release anxiety, doubts, limiting beliefs and let go of tension. Don’t worry if you are new to yoga/or breath work as this is a light beginner friendly yoga flow. I focus on breathing not flexibility. You will leave feeling revitalized, grounded and equipped to manifest your wildest dreams. During my sound healing I will be playing 432hz perfect pitch crystal sound bowls tuned to the chakras, a rain stick, ocean and ritual drums, a gong, bells, and various chimes to help induce relaxation and create a deep meditative state.
