Movement for Trauma Relief is a gentle practice that enhances innate resiliency, supports the regulation and harmonization of the nervous system, and provides nourishment to both body and spirit. In addition to postures and movement for stretching and strengthening, classes may include chanting, guided meditation for deep relaxation, and sound healing. My intention is to create and hold sacred, inclusive space for unwinding, unraveling, and empowerment.
