Step into a VISION for 2023 that is grounded, expansive, and healthy for your Soul. We invite you to join the Women's Temple for a very special, full-day retreat and workshop to kick off 2023 with sisterhood support, grounded practices, and inspired vision. 2023 is calling you deeper into your TRUTH and POWER... In this full-day women's circle and intimate workshop, Laura will provide a space of safety and freedom to explore your desires, to claim and refine your VISIONS and DREAMS, and explore what parts of yourself are longing to be expressed, healed or expanded in 2023. In a restful day that weaves connection, creativity, playfulness, and fun- you will join with women in your community and be inspired to make 2023 a year for deepening into your AUTHENTIC SELF. We will do a powerful VISIONING process to anchor in your 2023 VISIONS and INTENTIONS. This process invites you to tap into your innate wisdom and inner guidance, and listen to what is most aligned and TRUE for you this year. From this place, you will gain the clarity of what needs to be done so you can bring your vision into fruition in a balanced, feminine, and empowering way. We will explore the most common blocks that hold many women back from trusting our visions, and why these blocks keep us stuck when trying to accomplish our intentions. We will explore BURNOUT... and why pushing harder, longer, and more intensely is not always an effective way to execute your VISIONS. We will embody creating and manifesting from a more receptive, balanced feminine place, so burnout doesn't happen. Laura will guide exercises that help you connect more with your TEAM OF LIGHT and your SUPPORT SYSTEM that is both seen and unseen, so you FEEL how guided and supported you are, no matter what. Laura will teach you grounding, supportive somatic tools to help calm and regulate your nervous system when things seems overwhelming, or when triggers or challenges occur. Learn how to get back on track, and not feel wiped out by the inevitable challenges that will occur this year. We will create real channels of connection and support (because we don't have to do it all alone), and help each woman feel SEEN for who she is RIGHT HERE AND NOW, without anything needing to change at all.
