Self healing is often a journey of unlearning, releasing, and unbecoming. Emotions are energy in motion. When emotional energy is experienced, ideally we process that emotion and move through it—but that’s not always the case. Emotions can become trapped when the steps of emotional processing get interrupted. Trapped emotions can cause chaos in your nervous system and affect proper function of your body’s organs, tissues and cells. This can result in your body as dis-ease, hormone, digestive, brain, immune, detoxification, energy system imbalances, chronic pain, emotional distress, feeling disconnected, self sabotage, and repeating patterns that make you feel stuck. Simply, the body keeps the score! In this workshop, you will learn and embody: - The sacred language of the body and what it's communicating to you.- The metaphysical causes of dis-ease in the body and how we can stop this process in its tracks!- How to address your "human" for balanced hormones, digestion, and metabolic health.- Embodiment practices and tools to feel more regulated in your emotions, mind, and body.- Group emotion code experience to help you release patterns and beliefs holding you back from your potential.
