Thank you for your interest in my ad and opportunity. We are a small Playground Installation Company, that is steadily growing faster than we can staff the labor to cover all the work! And thats where you come in. If youre looking for a company you can use as a side hustle to supplement you some extra income, and you don't mind getting a little dirty, and learning a trade to a rapidly growing industry, then this may be your calling. Some days are light and laid back mostly and then there are the "other" days where its active and labor intensive. But if you don't mind a good day's work for an honest dollar, to basically get paid to stay in shape, then you're in luck because we are looking for you! We are an Equal Op Employment company and have both Men and Woman on board, that basically perform the same task and duties. This is full-time/ part time work and the only thing that we require is that you fulfill in entirety, the shifts you elected to take, and only be excused from this for a legitimate emergency in order to be compensated for hours accrued. Otherwise, and I will plainly state, if you agree to a whole shift, prior to the start of the shift, you're obligated to the entire shift or forfeit payment for any hours accumulated, that day of. This is non negotiable and not up for debate or dispute, it is the law we all agree to, and thereby ALL subject to. Fulfill the shifts you sign up for, its that simple, otherwise you're playing with your own time, not mine. Very simple and agreeable concept for an honest person, we feel.
