You are invited to vend at an open air arts market that takes place on Saturdays in the heart of Roosevelt Row. This market is open to all creative small businesses regardless of skill level or craft. Boutiques and resellers are accepted as long as you present it in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products. Absolutely no Multi-Level Marketing allowed. Pay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. You will only be allotted a space in the zone and time for the ticket you purchased. If your zone has both day and night passes and you wish to vend all day you may purchase both passes and we will refund you $10. Simply e-mail [email protected] with verification that you purchased day and night passes for pink and lime zones and we will correct you to all day pass pricing. Otherwise purple zone is our only pass that is 10am - 10pm. Do not set up in purple unless you purchased the all day pass. Thank you! DAYTIME MARKET: Set up time is 8:00 am to 9:30 am. Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand so you may be placed correctly. You may pack up and leave no earlier than 2:45 pm and no later than 3:30 pm. Please do not block access to other vendors with your vehicle during set up times. It is important that you unload your gear and find parking. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before you bring your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed to set up and break down the market and helps everyone have a better day! EVENING MARKET: Night time vendors please keep in mind the colder winter temperatures and be prepared to dress warm!Electricity will be provided for booth LED lighting only. If you need to charge your phone, please use the inside of the welcome center. Bring your own energy efficient lighting, long enough extension chords to reach those lights, and a power strip for your neighbor to connect to you. Set up time is 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Have a copy of your specific ticket on hand so you may be placed correctly. You may pack up and leave no earlier than 9:45 pm and no later than 10:45 pm. Please do not block access to other vendors with your vehicle during set up times. It is important that you unload your gear and find parking. Similarly, we ask that you pack up your booth before you bring your car to load your gear. Please note, to accommodate as much space as possible for vending there is no vendor parking. Vendors must find parking on the street. Space is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing. We have a private restroom available to vendors and vendor staff ONLY which is accessible in the Welcome Center. This market is run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have. We hope to see you there!
