We also collaborate with local partners to provide FREE wellness events & opportunities as our commitment to you and being able to spread health and wellness everywhere. Grab a friend lets kick-start your 2023 goals, together! The instructor will guide you through different variations of basic yoga postures that will stretch major muscle groups while using breathing techniques. Modifications will be offered to those who need accommodations. Stretchlab will be offering FREE 10-15 minute 1:1 assisted stretch demos plus a 3rd chair for our NormaTec compression experience! **REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT** Attendees will receive complimentary aguas frescas after class!
