On Saturday, January 21 the LGBTQ+ and ally community are coming together for a fun evening skating on the ice, under the lights as we enjoy some great music! This open skate will be hosted by Staycation featuring an appearance by special guests and drag queen Himalaya! (PS it's her first time on ice so this should be a sight) This event is open to everyone! Come as you are or switch it up a bit and have some fun with a fun winter outfit, colorful wig... the point- show off your creative personality! Our ice time is from 6-8pm with checkin beginning at 5:45pm. There is a dedicated heated changing tent hosted by our partners at Stonewall Sports! Stonewall is a sports league for queer individuals and allies! Find out more about the recreational and competitive leagues stonewalldetroit.org To warm up after skating head over to Pronto! Lounge where they will be treating us to a hot chocolate bar and snacks! For those who would like a little extra warmth our partners Baileys Irish Cream and Roe & Co Irish Whiskey will be providing complimentary pour to spice it up a bit!
