Room 9 and Room 10 will be available for you to move in on February 15th, each for $290/mo! If you'd like to schedule a tour, please reply with a few dates and times that work for you and our team will do our best to accommodate your schedule. As a reminder, DUTCH is an ecosystem designed around all things relating to music. We're designing how the primary location will flow and what it will look like in its final form, and we are already operating our rehearsal/flex rooms and community lounge. Rent in our space includes electricity, heat, WiFi, public bathrooms, and access to the shared lounge. There are secure keyless entries into each building and each rehearsal/flex room.
